Monday 9/01/2012

Today I ate perfectly! I feel so proud of myself and hopefully i can keep this up! I’ve been doing the Slim&Trim shake diet for about 10 days now, but on Thursday I’ll be stopping and just making my on healthy recipes so i hope it goes well.

Breakfast:

Slim&Trim Meal Replacement Shake

Snack:

Banana

Lunch:

Slim&Trim Meal Replacement Shake

I cup of steamed vegetables drizzled with olive oil 

Dinner:

2 small pieces of roasted chicken tenderloing, half a cup or rice and half a medium plate of veggies

Desert:

1 cup of berries with 2 tbps of whipped cream

Sunday 8/01/2012:

I have completely gone off my diet today. I feel quite unaccomplished and mad as I have been going so well for a week and ruined it on my 7th day. But first thing tomorrow I am back on track and am dedicated to make this diet work. 

Breakfast: Slim&Trim Meal Replacement

Snack: Cup of blueberries and handful of almond, sultana and sunflower seed mix.

Lunch: Half of a small popcorn (was at the movies and couldnt resist!)

Dinner: Tofu wrap from burgerlicious with hot chips. 

Desert: 4 MINI KIT KATS. not good!

Hopefully tomorrow will be a different story!
